The key takeaways from my presentation of my portfolio were firstly that I have to limit the amount of red, by making some article text silver and doing the same on the cover. I was also told that I should ital icize the subheading and use multiple fonts, and I should get rid of the bullet points and find another way to differentiate between text entities. I should use more of the open space and use borders on the images to blend them better with the text . I was also told to not cutoff the shoes in the image on page 3 and remove the glare, and to make the title larger on the cover. The pic ture I chose for the cover page was good but I should make the masthead larger so the title is clear. I am supposed to balance text and images in my feature which I will do. A final note that I was given was to clean the shoes and add an editor’s note that the cover athlete was traded after the project was finished. In my opinion, I think ...
